Who we are
Acropine (“we”, “us”) builds and runs AI systems for businesses. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind, and applies to visitors from anywhere.
What we collect
- Information you send us: your name, company, email address, phone number and anything you write when you email us or use our contact form.
- Basic technical information: such as your browser type, device and the pages you visit, collected by our hosting provider to keep the website secure and working.
We do not use advertising trackers on this website, and we do not sell personal data.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange calls you ask for.
- To prepare proposals and deliver work you have engaged us for.
- To keep this website secure and fix problems.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Client data in our projects
When we build or run a system for a client, we process the client’s data only on their instructions and under a written agreement. Client data is never used to train AI models. Where a client requires it, data is stored and processed in the client’s own cloud account or in a region the client chooses.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run our business, such as email, hosting and cloud providers, under agreements that require them to protect it. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and project records for as long as our contracts and the law require. After that, we delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw consent you have given at any time. To do any of this, email contact@acropine.com. We will respond within the time the law requires.
Security
We use access controls, encryption and careful supplier choices to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure, and if a breach affects your data we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Questions about privacy can be sent to contact@acropine.com.
